Treatment

• Patients with all common neurological problems like epilepsy, headaches, movement disorders, strokes, and cognitive disorders are looked after
• Neurological emergencies are attended to at the emergency room with inputs from the neurologist on call
• Thrombolysis for acute ischemic stroke in the eligible time window is routinely performed
• An interventional radiologist’s opinion can be obtained whenever required

Facilities

• Outpatients are seen on weekdays with prior appointments
• Neurological consultation services are provided to the emergency department, intensive care units, and inpatient services at the request of the attending consultants
• Thrombolysis for acute ischemic stroke is available
• Bedside electroencephalogram (EEG) and nerve conduction studies are done for inpatients
• CT scan and MRI facilities are available in-house
