    Encourages interdisciplinary and collaborative research through:

  • Close work with clinical and allied teams
  • Focus on quality improvement, patient experience, outcomes, and community health
  • Partnerships with external academic and research organisations
    • Academic Infrastructure and Ethics

    Strengthens the research ecosystem by:

  • Overseeing the Medical Library and the Lakshmi Medical Research Centre
  • Working with the Institutional Review Board to uphold ethical standards
    • Data and Knowledge Generation

    Works with IT and clinical teams to:

  • Enable effective use of clinical data and electronic medical records
  • Support research, audits, and outcome-focused learning

    Represents the institution in academic and professional forums, and builds meaningful collaborations through:
