The FORUM conference, designed for practicing physicians, has been conducted annually at SMF under the aegis of ACME since 1998. 

The FORUM planning committee curates a comprehensive two-day scientific agenda featuring carefully selected topics of current relevance and clinical significance. Sessions are delivered by subject experts in a concise yet in-depth format. 

With a strong emphasis on case-based discussions, the conference promotes applied learning, enabling participants to translate knowledge directly into clinical practice.
