Cancer Survivors Workshop for Adolescent Pediatrics

• The 8th Annual CANSWAP Workshop, organized by CANSTOP and Rotary District 3234, was held on February 8, 2025 at Radha Regent, Chennai, as part of World Cancer Day. About 130 participants attended, including cancer survivors, families, and college students. 
• The event started with a prayer and lamp-lighting, followed by messages highlighting the importance of supporting cancer survivors. The keynote session focused on life after childhood cancer, sharing experiences of strength and hope.

• Emotional healing and coping strategies 
• Motivation and confidence building

• Participants shared positive feedback about the workshop. Certificates were given to students from nursing, social work, and psychology departments.
• The program ended with thanks to the venue team and CANSTOP volunteers for their support.
