Marketing – Field executive

Location: Sundaram Medical Foundation, Chennai
The recruited member will be part of the marketing execution team reporting to the head of marketing and branding
at Sundaram Medical Foundation. The individual will get to handle design, implementation, and execution of field
marketing initiatives for the hospital and will be given a lot of autonomy to manage/execute activities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree in the field of marketing or in a related field
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in marketing (experience in healthcare sector/ for healthcare sector clients will be preferred)
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills (language requirements: English and Tamil)
- Ability to work independently and build inter-personal relationships for establishing partnerships with the hospital
Job Responsibilities:
- Assistance in creation and implementation of SMF’s branding and marketing strategy initiatives (offline) as per plans devised on an annual/half yearly/quarterly basis, ensuring alignment of marketing/content/branding of SMF with vision
- In-charge of BTL (Below the line) activities for the hospital such as organising or participating in community focused events, blood donation camps etc
- Establish partnerships with local hospitals, corporates, schools, and colleges to cater to their medical needs
- Produce various material (pitch decks, signage, merchandise, posters and so on) for field marketing events
- Focus on building the brand of SMF through various branding elements
- Measure the performance of all marketing initiatives across various BTL channels for SMF, assess them against the goals and budgets and refine the execution accordingly
- Understand target market segment for SMF, respective industry environments, competitive scenarios, and ongoing field marketing trends to provide actionable insights
- Provide insights on customer experience initiatives for the hospital
- Incharge for procurement, onboarding, and monitoring performance of outsourced vendors such as agencies for creatives, PR & communications, events, customer relation management etc for the hospital
- Report field marketing activity to leadership, identify and incorporate key areas of improvement as agreed upon
