Reporting to: The recruited member will be part of the marketing execution team reporting to the head of marketing and branding
at Sundaram Medical Foundation. The individual will get to handle end to end marketing initiatives for the hospital
and will be given a lot of autonomy to manage/execute activities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree in the field of marketing or in a related field
- 2 to 5 years experience in digital marketing (experience in marketing in healthcare sector/ for healthcare sector clients will be preferred)
- Outstanding analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media marketing, Google AdWords, email campaigns and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google analytics
- Skill and experience in content creation and content writing; advanced level content creation which includes graphic designing, video making is desirable
- Well-rounded knowledge of building brand identity, deep understand of marketing industry, expertise in digital marketing, social media advertising, brand marketing, content creation, PR and communication, CRM & marketing automation
Job Responsibilities:
- Assistance in creation and implementation of SMF’s branding and marketing strategy initiatives (online and offline platforms) as per plans devised on an annual/half yearly/quarterly basis, ensuring alignment of marketing/content/branding of SMF with vision
- Measure the performance of all marketing initiatives across various channels for SMF through web analytics, assess them against the goals and budgets and refine the execution accordingly
- Focus on performance driven marketing and brand promotions through digital marketing and adopt other new ways of marketing/promoting SMF
- Actively manage SEO efforts (writing of blogs, keyword optimisation, image optimisation etc)
- Planning and monitoring hospital presence on social media including creation of content
- Understand target market segment for SMF, respective industry environments, competitive scenarios, and ongoing digital marketing trends to provide actionable insights
- Provide insights on customer experience initiatives for the hospital
- Incharge for procurement, onboarding, and monitoring performance of outsourced vendors such as agencies for digital marketing, creative, PR & communications, events, website analytics, customer relation management etc for the hospital
- Report digital marketing activity to leadership, identify and incorporate key areas of improvement as agreed upon
